  • Yes, everyone’s safety is very important to us. Most venues require proof of insurance for bounce houses. If that is the case, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance.

  • No milage fee if within a 20-mile radius of Franklin, WI.

    $2 per mile for every mile after 20 miles.

  • Yes, a $100 deposit is required. The deposit will be deducted from your balance.

  • For safety reasons, we cannot set up a bounce house/soft play outdoors if the wind exceeds 25 mph or if a storm is anticipated. If unbearable weather is anticipated, we will contact you to discuss options.

  • We understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately.

    Any customized project that has been started will NOT be refunded. For bounce houses and soft play rentals, we can provide a refund with at least a 20-day advance written notice. Please keep in mind that we can also accommodate and reschedule for the next available date. If you cancel within 10 days from the date of reservation, you lose your deposit.

  • To ensure availability for your event, please book at least 30 days in advance.

  • • Clean, even surface is required. Preferably grass, concrete or pavement.

    • A dedicated outlet for any bounce house rental. Our bounce houses require a 120-voltage outlet.

  • Yes! All our bounce houses and soft play are cleaned, sanitized and disinfected after each use.
